
Pinot noir and pinot meunier, gathered solely from the plots called “Notre Dame” and “Longue Attente” produce a red wine from the Champagne region which is noble and intense with incomparable characteristics.

Bodem: Wijngaard: "Notre Dame", "Longue Attente"
Vinificatie: Hand picked, sorted and destemmed
grapes.
Cold maceration.
Aged 18 months in barrels.
Botteling: september 1999
Oog: Rubis red.
Neus: Fruity bouquet, with intense aromas of red fruits, cherry and prune.
Mond: Ripe red fruit and vanilla, accompanied by hints of stone fruit kernels and leather. Warm, mature and of good length.
Gastronomie: Goes well with picnics in the country, cold meats and cheeses.
