Cuvee Prestige
Brut Vintage 1997: 1997 evokes maturity and richness.
Sunny days and cool nights gave us superb grapes. A very great year
for this elegant and refined vintage Champagne. Light straw yellow pearls
dance and animate this crystalline wine. Excellent as an aperitif to
mark high days and holidays.

To the eye, straw yellow, fine lively mousse.
Nose: Elegant with aromatic finesse, mineral hints with suggestions of white flowers.
Mouth: Delicate palate - almonds and hazelnuts at first, opening out to pineapple and grapefruit.
Food & wine: A refined champagne for sophisticated luncheons, or grilled shellfish and fish, papillotes or fruit sabayon.
