Vintage 2004

 In 2004, the long maturation of the grapes, harvested late in September, gave an intense aromatic expression and a great balance, almost aerial. hence the name of this wine, L'AĆ©rienne, from a few selected plots. It is a Champagne Brut Nature, that is to say non-dosed.


Harvest: September 2004

Grapes: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir

Terroir: Vineyards "L'Enclume", "Les Marguiniers", "Les Forgeottes", "Pierre de Bellevue" and " La Perchape": Friable limestone, hard limestone and chalk.

Vinification: Spontaneous (no yeast added) first fermentation in oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation.

Dosage: 0 g/L - Brut Nature
